Wow. The oils are brushed very well. Just a little perspective problem with the manhole and the stairs.
The cartoon-like style is really nice and well obtained.

Me gusta mucho el toke del arbol timburtoniano a la izquierda y la alcantarilla, en general el trazo grueso q le has dado a la pintura le da un toke muy cellshader, parece un fondo ideal para una curiosa escena flash muy buen trabajo

The empty street, wonder what is the story here, I like how there’s no one around depicting the loneliness or the memory of someone of the features of just the place itself. Where it is quite difficult to remember two things in one, for a person and where they are at, but only one comes first then the other, here shows your mind seeing the place first and you have captured that vision.

I see your choice of colors with the red background for the sky really spice things up, with melody homes and a rage sky, expectation of the future. I also see that the houses don’t change much in color, as you use many yellow and light blue with some greens, the variety could be more of a combination in colors to keep the eyes jumping. I see few minor perspective errors, for the red and yellow stairs, and the sewage gated in the road. The street seems to be missing a walk way, it would be dangerous to walk about since there’s no walkway people can get ran over by cars or bike. The entrance with red floor seems to be really widen, not sure if that is something you want or is it an entrance to a restaurant or parking lot, but if its an entrance to the house it sure is huge. There needs to be more value range and shadow for the tree there in black, since I see shadow under the arch with the red floor, there needs to be a consistence shadow for everything else that apply. Keep up the good work man.

ooo i love this, it's really clean looking and all the colours, with the perspective "errors" i think you meant to put them there and it sorta gives it more of an edge, though looking smooth, each object seems to stick out, i like that
